This Pink Bourbon offers us a fruity and juicy cup. The cherries are grown every 15 days for a high quality standard. They are then fermented in the pulp overnight and then washed and fermented for another 32 hours. For espresso lovers, we suggest that you lengthen your 1:3 ratios a bit with a slightly finer grind to get the most out of it.
