This Pink Bourbon from Miramar Farm offers us a fruity, juicy cup. The cherries are grown at an altitude of over 1650 m. They are harvested every 15 days to ensure a high standard of quality. The coffee is rinsed three to four times, then transferred to raised beds, where it is dried for 18 to 22 days under a white net.
For espresso lovers, we suggest lengthening your 1:3 ratios with a slightly finer grind to extract the maximum.
