Montelin reflects the legacy of Juan Ramon Diaz, founder of the farm, carried on by his son Juan Jr. Their collaboration combines family traditions with innovative techniques such as carbonic maceration and the Honey and Natural processes. Finca Ojo de Agua, in operation for 35 years, and Monteliní, acquired in 2004 in the renowned Dipilto region, exemplify their commitment to specialty coffee and the patience required to cultivate it.
